When Rae and Jaxson were the only two kids we had I got very ambitious and made them both quilts for Christmas. They still sleep with those quilts….even though they have seriously outgrown them. Well, I don’t know what I was thinking, (actually, I was thinking all my kids would be in school every day from Thanksgiving to Christmas and I could sew while they were gone, not realizing that I would be homeschooling, leaving me no time to sew in secret) but I decided this was the year to sew quilts for all six yahoos. I made twin size quilts for each of them. It was a ton of work, but so fun to give to them on Christmas morning. Don’t ask me how it happened, but they didn’t have a clue. When I get a good camera again I’ll take pictures of the rest, but here is the quilt I made for Jace, and Sienna’s is nearly identical.
