McKyla and Jaxson decided to be in the choir this year. Every Monday and Wednesday morning they go to school an hour and fifteen minutes early for choir practice. I never have to wake them up or remind them. They have really enjoyed it, and finally we got to see them perform.
It was an evening performance mixed in with a couple numbers from the orchestra.
I was amazed at how many songs they sang. And most of them had actions to go with them.
Of course my kids had an advantage since a number of the songs were from “The Sound of Music” … a favorite around here.
It was a fun night. I love that my kids love to sing!
